What it costs
The assessment is free. Nothing is charged until a doctor has read it and cleared you to start, and doctors do turn people away. If you go ahead, everything you would pay is on this page.
01
Free
To find out where you stand
The assessment takes a few minutes and a doctor reads every answer. If the programme is not right for you, they tell you so plainly. You will have paid nothing, and nobody will try to sell you something else instead.
02
RM49
Only once a doctor has cleared you
A deposit to start, credited to your first month in full. You are never asked for it before a doctor has made a decision, so being turned down costs you nothing.
03
Monthly
Then, while you are on the programme
Your medicine and your care, listed below. The consultation is a one-off at your first appointment, not something that comes back every month.
Three costs, and nothing else. There is no joining fee, no admin charge, and no annual anything.
RM50
once
The doctor's time at your first appointment. Charged once, not monthly, and it does not change with your dose.
Set by your dose
published before we open
Prepared by the partner clinic's own pharmacy and couriered to you, cold and in plain packaging. You do not have to arrange any of it. What it costs follows the dose your doctor settles you on, and you will see the price of every dose before you start.
RM299 to RM499
a month
Weekly check-ins, your doctor's review, questions answered between appointments, and your delivery arranged. You are told your figure at your consultation, before anything is charged, and it does not change afterwards when your dose does.
You deal with one team throughout, in one thread. Behind that, your appointment is paid to the clinic and your medicine to its pharmacy, because they are the ones licensed to provide them — but you never have to arrange it, chase it, or work out who to ask. Every question goes to the same place.
Your doctor decides your dose and they move it slowly — at least four weeks at each step, and only if they judge you are ready. Plenty of people settle somewhere in the middle and never go near the top. If your dose does go up, the medicine is the one cost that follows it, because it is supplied by dose. Your care fee is the same work whatever dose you are on, so it stays exactly where it started. We would rather you saw all of that now than met it on a bill in month four.
We have not put the price of each dose up yet — the pharmacy is still confirming what it pays for supply. We would rather leave this blank than publish a figure that later moves, because you would be right to hold us to it. Every dose will be listed here, the highest as well as the lowest, before anyone is asked to start.
Cancel any time. No notice period, no exit fee, no penalty, and no reason required. Stopping is a normal thing to do and it is not a conversation we will make difficult.
Tirzepatide (Mounjaro) is a prescription medicine. Whether it, or any treatment, is right for you is decided by a licensed doctor after an assessment — not by this page, and not by what you are willing to pay.
Free, about five minutes, and read by a doctor. Nothing is charged at this stage.
