Mesura is built around that gap. The doctors at our partner clinic make every clinical call. We handle the rest: the weekly measurements, the check-ins on WhatsApp, the record their doctor reads before the appointment instead of during it.
We're doing this in Malaysia because it's home, and because most of the advice people find here was written for somewhere else. Different food, different portions, different week. We'd rather measure our own patients than quote someone else's numbers.”

how the partner-clinic model works
Every clinical decision is made by a registered doctor at our licensed partner clinic: whether the programme is appropriate for you, what is prescribed, when it changes, when it stops. It is not made by Mesura, and it is not made by software.
Medication is dispensed by a licensed pharmacy. Mesura never handles it.
This separation is real, not small print. Mesura and the clinic operate at arm's length, down to separate payment accounts, so the people providing your care and the people running the programme never blur into one.
In practice, that means you cannot buy your way past an assessment. You are only charged for a programme month after a doctor has reviewed you and cleared you to start. It is why this site has no cart.

Every clinical decision is made and signed by a licensed Malaysian doctor: whether the programme is appropriate for you, what is prescribed, and every adjustment after that. Software prepares and routes. It never diagnoses and it never doses.
